Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport one of our airport representatives will welcome you with a warm smile and ur name on a board outside the airport arrival. We transfer you to a comfortable vehicle and check in to the hotel you are booked for. There will be a short pre-trip meeting that helps you get prepared fully for trekking in the mountains.

Let's start a day early having a proper breakfast at the hotel then start our drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi which is approximately 117 kilometres (73 miles) and takes around 7 to 9 hours in a comfortable vehicle. The drive begins with views of the Trishuli River, scenic landscapes and terraced green hills. The road winds through picturesque valleys and gorges, offering breathtaking glimpses of Himalayan peaks like Ganesh Himal, the  Manaslu massif and Langtang Lirung towards Dhunche.  As we get closer to Syabru Besi the road might get bumpy and rough especially due to under construction.

The first part of the trail started after breakfast at the starting point for the Langtang Valley Trek which is a relatively gentle walk alongside the Langtang River. We gradually ascend to a beautiful dense forest within the Langtang Mountain range, then climb gently to Rimche (2,400 m). The route takes us through lush forests so make sure to keep an eye out for different types of trees, colourful flowers, and wildlife like birds, monkeys and even red pandas and bears if you are lucky enough. The end of our 5 to 6-hour walk is the  Lama Hotel.

Today we need to start early in the morning and quickly have our breakfast to make the most of the daylight hours. We will pass through lush forests and reach Ghoda Tabela which literally means "Horse Stable."The scenery becomes more awe-inspiring with every step. The glorious views of Langtang accompany us throughout the route to Langtang village.  Langtang village is a picturesque settlement nestled in the mountains that is captivated by the natural beauty and the warmth of the local communities.

This morning soaking in the panoramic views of the Himalayas we will have our breakfast. It is a shorter walk for around 4 to 5 hours today where we will experience the dramatic change in scenery as you gain altitude. We encounter Chortens, prayer flags, rocks engraved with Buddhist inscriptions and yak pastures on the way which is quite interesting. Kyanjin Gompa's serene surroundings and the towering mountains create a remarkable atmosphere for the overnight stay.

On this day we have to wake up earlier, have our breakfast and prepare ourselves for the quite challenging hike up to Tserko Ri 4,984 metres (16,348 feet). As we ascend the landscape changes from alpine meadows to rocky terrain and the trail becomes steeper as we approach the Tserko Ri viewpoint. The breathtaking vistas of over 20 Himalayan peaks, the Langtang Valley, and frozen lakes make this steep climb up a ridge hike well worthwhile. After taking in the spectacular views, return back to Kyanjin Gompa and enjoy your second-night dinner.

Retracing our steps back to the lama hotel after our immensely rewarding breakfast. We will follow the same trail back through the forest, small tea houses, crossing streams, a few suspension bridges and overnight at lama hotel.

After enjoying our last breakfast here in the rural mountain area we will continue the last walk of the trek. Leaving the mountains behind us, our descent takes us through the forest and villages to reach the Syabru besi. The Langtang Valley stays behind and we stay overnight at Syabru Besi with the memories.

We hop on to the comfortable vehicle early in the morning after breakfast. We drive back to Kathmandu from Syabru Besi along the highway which marks the completion of your Langtang Valley Trek adventure. After entering the city we will organise a cultural farewell dinner where one of our company representatives will also accompany you.
