Mardi Himal Trek is a mountain peak located in the Annapurna region of Nepal. It is one of the famous destinations for Trekking in Nepal. The Mardi Himal trek offers breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks, including Mardi Himal, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, Dhaulagiri and neighbouring peaks. Mardi Himal trek is a relatively new trekking destination, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and traditional Nepalese village life which makes it one of the hidden treasures of the Annapurna region. This trek provides an opportunity to explore the diverse flora and fauna of the region, as well as to witness the stunning panoramic views of the majestic Himalayas.

As you step foot in Kathmandu, we will receive you from Tribhuvan International Airport. Our representative will be outside the airport terminal displaying your name on the placard held by Waypoint Himalaya. You will be transferred to your respective hotel which is located in the tourism hub of Kathmandu in our private tourist vehicle.

We start our day early for a road trip. Our drive will be around 7-8 hours from Kathmandu. After having breakfast in the hotel we move ahead  in a comfortable tourist vehicle. The drive will introduce you to a glimpse of beautiful scenery, changing landscapes, fast-flowing rivers like Trisuli, Marshyangdi, small villages, and various other things. We stop in between for lunch before reaching the lake city of Pokhara. Once we reach Pokhara you will then be transferred to a hotel.

On this day after having breakfast we leave for Kande in a tourist vehicle. The drive to Kande from Pokhara is around two hours. Once we reach Kande, the gateway to our trek, we will set foot on the scenic trails that wind through serene landscapes and local communities. We ascend towards Australian Base Camp, where our efforts are rewarded with breathtaking views of the Annapurna range if the climate is clear. The total walking time for this day will be 3-4 hours and then we will spend our night in the Australian base camp.

After the breakfast in the morning, we start our walk towards the forest camp. It will take us around 6 to 7 hours to reach over there from Australian Base Camp. We will be walking inside dense forests where we can find oak trees, maples, and many more. We will also experience the chirping of birds while walking under the shade of trees. Once we reach the forest camp its natural beauty offers a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the pristine environment where we spend our night.

Our day begins quite early, walking time is similar to forest camp but the breathtaking views we see on the way will slow us down. We head out after we have our breakfast. Our walks on this day will be around 6-7 hours. We will walk through beautiful forests of oak, rhododendron, and bamboo. We also enjoy the stunning views of Machhapuchhre and Annapurna South from Low Camp. The trail gets steep and challenging, but the stunning views of the Himalayas make it all worthwhile. Once we reach the high camp we can see panoramic vistas of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. We will be styling overnight at high camp.

We need to wake up a little early today. We ascend to the upper viewpoint or Mardi Base Camp which will be a 1-2 hour walk early in the morning to see the spectacular Sunrise over the majestic Himalayas. The trek is going to be challenging to walk on rocky and narrow scenic trails. Once we get there we will be amazed by the breathtaking view of Annapurna, Machhapuchhre(Mt. Fishtail), and Hiunchuli at its best. After celebrating the accomplishment of our journey, we spend some quality time in the lap of the Himalayas and return to High Camp for breakfast. We rest and relax for a few hours and after our lunch, we descend toward the low camp which is a 2-3 hour walk. We will be staying in Low camp for the day.

This is going to be the easiest day as we will be walking descent down the trail to the Landruk village. We need to walk for around 6-7 hours on this day. Once we get there we get to experience traditional architecture, warm hospitality, stunning mountain views, and the friendly people of the Gurung Community. We will spend a night over there and experience the Gurung community.

After a hearty breakfast, we will start our descent to Syauli Bazar as today is the last day of trekking. It is around 3-4 hours walk from Landruk. After walking all the way down our vehicle will be waiting for us in Syauli Bazar. We will take a 2- 3 hour drive to Pokhara and you will transfer to the hotel which will be nearby to the lakeside and tourism hub of Pokhara. Overnight at Pokhara.

After spending a night in Pokhara the next day early in the morning after breakfast we will leave for Kathmandu in a comfortable tourist vehicle which will take around 7-8 hours.You will be transferred to the hotel after reaching Kathmandu. In the evening time, we host a farewell cultural dinner in a restaurant where you have a cultural show with dinner.This day will be the final day of the trip.

The spectacular adventure in the majestic Himalayas and Mardi Himal trek had come to an end today. We will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back home. For sure on the way back to your home you will replay all the memories offered by the beautiful country of Nepal. Have a safe flight and hope to make memories again!!!
