6:00-7:00 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Kathmandu and transfer to the domestic airport.

7:30-9:30 AM: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla on a small plane. The flight to Lukla is approximately 30 minutes and offers stunning views of the Himalayan ranges.

9:30-10:00 AM: Fuel stop and permits check at Lukla. After arriving in Lukla, you will have some time to explore the town before boarding the helicopter for the flight to Everest Base Camp.

10:00-11:00 AM: Continue the heli ride to Everest Base Camp, flying over stunning landscapes and mountain views. The flight will take you over the stunning landscapes of the Everest region and offer an incredible view of the world's tallest mountain

11:00-12:00 PM: Land at Everest Base Camp and explore the area. Take photographs, interact with other trekkers and climbers, and enjoy refreshments.

12:00-1:00 PM: Fly back to Kathmandu, with a stopover for lunch and refueling at Lukla.

1:00-3:00 PM: Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer back to your hotel.

Traveller Useful Information

  • Guest should carry their original passport or photo id card throughout the tour
  • Passport-size photographs for emergency needs
  • We can help you with extra services in case needed but the charges have to be paid.
  • We would appreciate it if the guest remain calm with the remote villagers as most of them are not educated and unfortunately may miss guiding you.
  • In case you are trekking never touch any plants with your bare hands as they might be poisonous.
  • Some of the monasteries may remain closed on Saturday hope you will be good enough to understand during your visits.
  • The local festivals and holidays may also affect the visit to any sightseeing areas as it might be more crowded than the normal days.
